Shipping policy


Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Please note that typically no shipping will occur between the Christmas and New Year period.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 for delivery within Australia.

International Shipping

We currently don't offer international shipping. As such, our products may show as out of stock for international customers.

We are fully stocked and currently looking for international stockists.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.
These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged items.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
