CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand sometimes things can interrupt the best-intended plans so in this event, we require 48 hours’ notice for a cancellation or reschedule.
Your booking deposit and workshop fee are non-refundable, but we will happily reschedule you for another time. We do require at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules as our classes book up quickly and in advance and we may not be able to replace your spot at short notice.
If you are a no-show for your class no refunds will be given as we will assume you have decided to forfeit your place in the workshop. In the event rescheduling is not an option, we will work on a case-by-case basis to determine the best outcome for both parties.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of your purchase we are unable to refund your finished fragrance as it has been made by you for you and we are unable to resell it.
Return And Refund Policy - Perfume
We want you to feel completely confident in your fragrance purchase. If you find that your fragrance is not the right fit, we are happy to provide a refund under the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with packaging unopened and undamaged.

Refunds apply to 50ml and 100ml Eau de Parfum bottles only. Sample sizes, discovery sets, and gift vouchers are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received damaged or faulty.
